Cynthia has more than 20 years experience in marketing communications, brand development and market research, working with some of the world’s largest corporations.
She is the principal of FleurComGroup LLC, since 2001, and former vice president of Nelson Robb DuVal & DeMenna, the once largest public affairs/public relations firm in the Southwest. She also is former director of communications and interim executive director of the national nonprofit Kids Voting USA. In addition, she served as senior account manager at two worldwide communications firms based in Los Angeles: Edelman Public Relations, specializing in consumer product marketing; and Rogers & Cowan, capitalizing on the firm’s celebrity roster to generate maximum positioning for Fortune 500 clients.
Cynthia has worked with Pepsi-Cola, American Express, Princess Cruises, Unocal, Mattel Toys, Ford Motor Company, celebrities, and others. She served as a communications analyst with The Odyssey, a business consulting/market research firm serving Fortune 1000 companies facing the challenge integrating Internet strategies with brick & mortar business.
Her expertise includes local/national media relations, brand development, product positioning and market research as well as communications campaign strategies, and project management. Her expertise includes timely integration of online and offline marketing strategies to capitalize on opportunities available via social media.
Cynthia began her career in news, as a reporter, editor and producer in radio, television and print. This initial professional orientation continues to be an invaluable asset in the ever-changing arena of marketing communications.
Amanda Moore is Client Services Specialist of FleurComGroup and develops media relations programs for Square One Concepts, Salt River Fields and Pepsi Amphitheater, among many others.
She also has completed extensive project work on major events such as azcentral.com Food & Wine Experience; Super Bowl XLIX Big Game Big Give hosted by Mark Wahlberg & Michael Bay; Scottsdale 4th of July at WestWorld and participates in nearly every project at FleurComGroup. Her excellent skills include developing news story concepts and securing TV coverage, coordinating blogger/media events to create buzz around events and clients, as well as developing content for social media. Amanda’s media research skills are a key asset in the firm’s work to develop comprehensive media communications reports that offer valuable marketing data to clients and partners.
A graduate of the University of Central Missouri where she studied public relations, Amanda is originally from the Kansas City area, and moved to metro Phoenix to join FleurComGroup.
